Diaphragm metering pumps are leak-free and therefore also suitable for highly aggressive or toxic media. Depending on the type of transmission, the membrane allows pressures of up to 16 bar. Diaphragm metering pumps are equipped as standard with a separating chamber, which prevents the medium from flooding the pump itself or parts of the system in the event of a diaphragm rupturing due to wear. It is directed to the collection pan in a controlled manner via a downpipe. The diaphragms are PTFE-coated on the medium side.
